Terms of Service
Practical terms for quote requests, consulting, custom software, automation, websites, AI, MCP, and integration work with DataConnector Pro.
Last updated: June 2026. These terms are general website terms and do not replace a signed project agreement, statement of work, or written quote.
1. Scope of work
DataConnector Pro provides custom software development, data integrations, workflow automation, AI and MCP integration work, websites, deployment assistance, and related technical consulting. Project details, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written quote, proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement before paid work begins.
2. Quotes and payment
Pricing is project-specific. Any public website language is informational and does not create a fixed price, guaranteed timeline, or obligation to perform work. Payment terms, deposits, milestones, and recurring service fees, when applicable, are handled in the project-specific agreement.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, access to necessary systems, valid credentials or service accounts, and authorization to connect third-party tools. Delays in access, decisions, vendor approvals, or third-party systems may affect delivery schedules.
4. Third-party systems
Many projects depend on external platforms such as CRMs, field service tools, hosting providers, AI providers, APIs, databases, and plugins. DataConnector Pro is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, API changes, data limits, policy changes, or behavior of third-party services outside our control.
5. Ownership and licenses
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, clients own custom project deliverables created specifically for them after invoices are paid. DataConnector Pro retains ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable code, templates, know-how, internal processes, and generalized components developed before or outside a specific client project.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to violate laws, compromise systems, misuse credentials, send unauthorized spam, scrape or process data without proper rights, or build workflows intended to harm people, businesses, or infrastructure.
7. No warranty
We aim to build reliable, maintainable systems and communicate honestly about risk. Services and deliverables are provided as described in the applicable agreement, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect compatibility with every third-party change, or that software will be error-free in every circumstance.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataConnector Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid to DataConnector Pro for the specific work giving rise to the claim, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. The version posted on this page applies to website use, quote requests, and new engagements unless a signed agreement states different terms.
